Performance is part of development
I pay attention to image size, scripts, caching, and how quickly the useful content appears. Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals help find problems, but a perfect lab score isn't a promise about every device or connection.
Existing code and unfinished projects
You don't always need to throw everything away. I can review the current build, identify what's broken, and prioritise the fixes. The eBiz project included repairing an existing app as well as building the public website.
A handover you can use
You get the code and a clear explanation of how the site works. We'll cover the hosting requirements, important accounts, and what needs maintaining. You can keep working with me or take the project to another developer.

Can you fix another developer's work?
Yes. Send me the site or app and explain the problems. I'll review what is there before recommending repairs, a partial rebuild, or a fresh start.
Do you only build static websites?
No. Static-first is useful for many marketing sites, but I also build WordPress sites, online stores, and applications. The requirements determine the approach.
Will I own the code?
Yes. Your project code and content are yours. Third-party services and libraries still have their own licences and fees, which we'll discuss when choosing them.
What does development cost?
Website packages start at $1,500 USD. Apps, integrations, and repair work need a scoped quote. I'll explain the cost before starting.
