More of your customers are asking an assistant instead of scrolling a results page. They ask ChatGPT who to hire, or they read the AI summary sitting above Google's results and never scroll past it. Those answers name two or three businesses and stop. There is no page two. Toronto is thick with agencies who are excellent at traditional SEO and have barely touched this, which means the gap is open right now in the biggest market in the country.

So the work is making sure that when an engine goes looking for a business like yours, it finds clear, consistent, machine-readable evidence that you exist and are good. Because the work is done remotely regardless, and you are not paying for downtown overhead or account management layers. I am about an hour away if we ever need to be in the same room. It is making sure that when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI summary a question your business could answer, the engine has clear and trustworthy material about you to draw on. In practice that is structured data, plainly written facts, consistent information across the web, and a site that crawlers can read. It overlaps heavily with good SEO, which is why I do not sell it as a separate mysterious product.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my business? +
No, and anyone who guarantees that is selling you something. Nobody controls what a model says. What you can control is whether the evidence about you is clear, consistent and easy to find, which is what decides whether you are in the running at all.
